Industry Partnerships and Commercialization
We are working with industry partners on:
- The validation of harmful algal bloom toxin detection kits, primarily for DSP and PSP
- The development of commercializable rapid point of care tools for quantification of Vibrio species in shellfish
- Development of novel molecular diagnostic tools for viral pathogens
We are funded by the NSF Accelerating Innovations in Research, GOALI and INTERN programs to support our work in the area of industry development for Vibrio kits for shellfish applications.
